Church out of Church recently surprised the residents at the Nest with 7 boxes of fresh, hot Hatch green chiles. The chiles had been donated to the church food ministry to be distributed at their various places they give away free food. “We wanted to roast the 133 pounds of chile to be frozen and used throughout the winter,” said HEAL Office Manager Susanne Francis. Many thanks to Church out of Church and Season’s Nursery, who agreed to roast the chile for free.
