Rodney Reynolds, of Triple R Carpet Cleaning in Ruidoso, recently rushed to the aid of the Nest Domestic Violence Shelter when a reverse osmosis pipe burst under the sink in the kitchen in the middle of the night, literally filling the lower level of the 6500 square foot facility with 2 inches of water. After making an emergency call-out, extracting hundreds of gallons of water and setting up fans throughout the shelter and office, Reynolds presented a bill to HEAL Executive Director Coleen Widell. She said, “I was absolutely floored when I looked at the bottom line on his invoice. It just had a big zero. That this wonderful man would rescue us in the middle of the night was one thing.
